TCS (Tank Container Services) is one of the leading companies providing ISO (Liquid & Gas) tank container services including storage, cleaning & sanitization, maintenance and repair using the latest technology and following world class standards and procedures.
TCS is the only cleaning station in Alexandria having its own bonded area designated to facilitate customs clearance procedures for our respectful customers as per the Egyptian customs regulations. This is to ensure the safety and security of the tanks within the specialized bonded area with an extended storage period of up to nine months.

The Cleaning Process

Tank cleaning is an essential part of tank’s utilization procedures either for chemicals, foodstuff or any other products.

TCS is performing cleaning for tank vehicle, tank container or any other receptacle previously used for holding products that needs to be washed.

`TCS is licensed to clean a wide variety of hazardous and non–hazardous materials by chemicals and stream using a high-quality computerized system to efficiently conduct cleaning operations.
Cleaning Process
In TCS tank’s cleaning procedures are usually done by performing one or more step from the following:
- Place the Tank in the wash bay where the cleaning has to be done
- Ground the chassis / Tank / Tank Container with the grounding system
- Check the UN Code / or documents about the last load to clean
- Check how to handle the product
- Read instructions for handling, health and safety
- Use body fall protection according to instructions
- Remove all label from the tank
- Check that tank, man lid, drain out valve is clean, as well all parts in contact with the transport medium are cleaned and 100% clean
- Make sure that tank is ventilated and create not any vacuum inside to damage the tank
- Remove grounding wire
- Cleaning is finish
- Print out the cleaning certificate
TCS offers interior cleaning, exterior washing and ensuring proper cleaning at all locations. On request we can offer customer’ specific pre and post treatment cleaning according to your requirements.

Tank cleaning system
In order to bring about the cleaning of the tanks indoors, Tanks must be empty of any type of chemical residue by the last discharger.
When the interior wash of the tank is finalized, cleaning process will be certificated by a specialist proves that the interior vessel of the tank is cleaned and there is no residue of EX chemical products.
When these procedures are completed, a cleaning certificate for each tank cleaned with international standards to be issued certifying that is ready for the next usage.
